Order Cancellation and Amendments
Customers may cancel or amend their order at any time prior to the order being fulfilled and dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or amended, as the items are already in transit.

Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, items cannot be returned once they have been dispatched. As such, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases after dispatch.
