Refund Policy - the basics
Eggs and Feed - We do not have a refund policy due to the items being perishable and once the Eggs leave our premise we can not control external factors like handling, incubators, knowledge. However we do everything possible to give you the best possible results possible. We check fertility weekly, we are hatching out regularly ourselves. With postage we always try ( surplus eggs depending ) to add extra eggs to help give you best possible hatch rates and to also allow incase eggs get damaged in transit despite our best efforts in packaging. We want you have the best possible experience.
